These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the meryph platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using meryph, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

meryph is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Registration requires a valid Philippine government-issued ID for KYC verification. Underage access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Each player may hold only one meryph account. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All meryph bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completion forfeits the bonus.

21+ Age Restriction — Strictly Enforced: The minimum age for registering and using the meryph Platform is twenty-one (21) years old, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. meryph enforces this restriction through mandatory KYC identity verification before any real-money gameplay is permitted.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on meryph, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

Each Player may register only one (1) Account on the meryph Platform. Multiple Accounts associated with the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited. meryph employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts.
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. meryph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate Account information provided by you.
meryph requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to: UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, SSS ID, TIN card, voter's ID, and Philippine passport. meryph may request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at its sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify meryph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. meryph shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any such transfer is null and void and may result in permanent Account termination.
5.1 meryph accepts deposits through approved payment methods including, but not limited to: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100). meryph reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing times at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name and linked to your verified meryph Account. Deposits made from third-party payment instruments are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and reversal of the deposit.
5.3 meryph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
5.4 Deposits are credited to your Wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). meryph is not responsible for currency conversion losses where applicable.
5.5 By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from unlawful activity. meryph complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
5.6 meryph reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit pending verification, risk assessment, or investigation without prior notice.
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso two hundred (₱200). meryph processes withdrawals to payment methods registered to the verified Account holder only. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
6.2 KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. meryph may request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds, which are set in accordance with PAGCOR AML requirements.
6.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are one (1) to six (6) hours for GCash and PayMaya, and up to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, maintenance, or additional compliance review.
6.4 Only Real Money balances are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements may not be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the Wagering Requirement is met.
6.5 meryph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or unresolved Account verification issues.
6.6 In the event of a platform error, technical fault, or miscalculation resulting in an incorrect credit to your Wallet, meryph reserves the right to reverse or adjust the erroneous amount regardless of whether funds have already been played.
7.1 meryph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional offers ("Bonuses") at its sole discretion. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable Wagering Requirements, expiry periods, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits from Bonus-derived winnings.
7.2 Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money balances and are subject to any wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the standard Wagering Requirement for deposit match bonuses is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.
7.3 Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus amounts and may result in permanent Account termination.

8.1 All games available on the meryph Platform operate according to their respective published rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. By placing a bet, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of the applicable game rules.
8.2 All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of licensed dealers in certified studio environments. meryph does not manipulate game outcomes in its favor beyond the published house edge for each game.
8.3 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, meryph's server-side records shall be the definitive reference. Technical malfunctions, disconnections, or client-side display errors that affect a Player's ability to complete a game round will be resolved in accordance with meryph's standard technical dispute policy.
8.4 meryph reserves the right to void any bet or cancel any game round where a technical error, software fault, or human error has materially affected the outcome or displayed information. In such cases, the affected bet amounts will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and table as displayed within the game interface. meryph may modify these limits without prior notice.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the meryph Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances and winnings:

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the meryph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of meryph.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, meryph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 meryph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether meryph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 meryph shall not be liable for any service interruptions, delays, or failures arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, government orders, or third-party system failures.
12.4 meryph does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. meryph will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
13.1 meryph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
13.2 Upon Account termination for cause (i.e., resulting from a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct), meryph reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balances in the Account, including Real Money balances and Bonus Funds, pending investigation or as a consequence of the breach.
13.3 Where an Account is terminated for reasons not attributable to Player breach — such as Platform closure or regulatory withdrawal from a market — meryph will make reasonable efforts to return verified Real Money balances to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.4 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting meryph support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any remaining Bonus Funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
14.1 meryph reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, meryph will provide reasonable notice through the Platform, by email to your registered address, or by prominent notice on the meryph website prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the meryph Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account.

15.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them or your use of the meryph Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.4 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for final resolution, unless an applicable regulatory body provides an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
15.5 Nothing in this Section shall limit meryph's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or platform integrity.
