You have the right to request a copy of the personal data meryph holds about you, together with information about how it is being processed. meryph will respond to access requests within fifteen (15) working days.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent (for consent-based processing), or where processing is unlawful. This right is subject to meryph's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR and AML regulations.

21+ Strictly No Minors: The meryph Platform is intended solely for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and above, consistent with PAGCOR regulations. meryph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the age of 21. If meryph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual below the minimum age, that data will be permanently deleted and the associated account terminated immediately.

13.1 meryph primarily stores and processes personal data within the Republic of the Philippines. However, some service providers engaged by meryph — including cloud infrastructure providers, security services, and game studio partners — may be located in other countries and may process data outside the Philippines.
13.2 Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, meryph takes appropriate safeguards to ensure that such transfers comply with RA 10173 and applicable NPC guidelines. 14.2 The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects when it was most recently revised.
